The Company has established a Board of Managers to assist and recommend appropriate action on all matters that come before the project. The original board consists of nine outstanding individuals who bring a combined 290 years of experience. Their areas of expertise include all phases of the ground water industry, ground water management, water well drilling, legal, land management, banking, finance and business ownership and management. The wealth of experience of this board will provide the Company with an outstanding overall organization.
The general partner of the Company shall be Brazos Valley Water Works, L.L.C. whose Board of Managers are Governor Mark White, Charlie McBride, James O'Connor, Jack W. Lester, Jr., P. Lourcey Sams, Lance Lester, Paul Siegert, Wayne Fisher and Bill Presnal.
